Our Story

Nestled in the vibrant culinary landscape of Ipoh, Tuck Tuck Kee has grown from a humble street stall into a beloved local institution, renowned for serving the most authentic "dai chow" (big fry-up) experience. Our story began decades ago with a simple wok, roaring flames, and a passion for bringing people together over honest, mouth-watering food.

We are famous for our signature octopus dishes—prepared with a closely guarded family technique that ensures every bite is perfectly tender, yet satisfyingly crunchy. But our true soul lies in the art of 'wok hei'—the breath of the wok. Our experienced chefs masterfully control fierce flames to infuse our Moon River Kuey Teow, Wa Tan Hor, and Hokkien Noodles with that unmistakable, smoky caramelization that you can only find in true Malaysian street food.

At Tuck Tuck Kee, we believe in preserving the traditional roadside dining atmosphere.
